From strategy-driven narrative to formatted reports and digital deliverables, we reshaped communications for greater clarity, usability, and visual impact.

Working closely with ARTC’s communications and strategy teams, we audited existing report material and stakeholder feedback. We developed a narrative framework aligned to the corporation’s strategic priorities (e.g., sustainability, performance, network growth) and designed a modular report system for easy updating and multi-channel delivery (print, web, PDF). The brand typographers, graphic designers and content strategists collaborated to craft streamlined copy, visual summaries, infographics, and a layered hierarchy that gives every reader a clear entry point, whether they skim or dive deep.
